F4J Quebec Denounces: the massive orchestrated plan of destruction of the natural family unit that prevails here in Quebec, and elsewhere.
F4J Quebec Denounces: the psychological tortures inflicted upon the children and parents of Quebec by the application of measures that destroy natural family affiliations. This torture is based in dissembling the family unit by separating: parent and child, grandparent and grandchild, uncles and aunts from nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters from cousins.
F4J Quebec Denounces: the mass fabrication of fatherless children who, in adolescents, are more inclined to have psychological problems, premature pregnancies, troubles with drugs, violence, and school work and an array of other problems.
F4J Quebec Denounces: the inquisition that daily perpetrates against the children and parents of Quebec in favor of profiting the lawyers of Quebec and its Bar Association.
F4J Quebec Denounces: the inquisition like methods of the justice system against citizens whose only crime is that of loving their children.
F4J Quebec Denounces: the political manipulation in matters of conjugal violence based on false allegation and manufactured statistics. The practice of a zero tolerance towards female victims of domestic violence is an intolerant and sexist practice, that allows vindictive women to falsely accuse, rob, imprison, humiliate and banish thousands of parents from the lives of their children every year.
F4J Quebec Denounces: the duplicity of the Quebec bar association who is entrusted with keeping the ethical conduct of its members and yet protects their shameless conduct to the detriment of the public at large.
F4J Quebec accumulates proof on the incompetence and ignominy of a large number of magistrates, lawyers, and social workers who have wallowed in exercising their duties to maintain an advantageous position at the financial troth of the Quebec Justice system.
F4J Quebec Denounces: the profits acquired by the divorce industry by drawing out, stirring up, and preying on conflicts between vulnerable parties, all to the detriment of the children involved.
F4J Quebec Denounces: the systematic corruption of the administration of the Quebec Justice System.
F4J Quebec Denounces: the systematic incompetence of the Department of Youth Protection who holds a power above that of the courts and who often substitutes or subverts court judgments and the rules of law, for their own self styled ideal of a child's wellness.
F4J Quebec Denounces: the campaign for financial profit by the Machiavellian Feminists who rule through promoting fear, and thrive on the premise that women are victims within our society, and that this victimization is perpetrated exclusively by men, allowing a pity factor for women and a demonization of men, and an advantage to extract government funds to apply to discriminatory and sexist policies against men.
F4J Quebec Denounces: the direct violation of article 15 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms which forbids favoritism, based upon the gender of the parent, when awarding custody of a child.
F4J Quebec Denounces: the injustices inscribed in the calculation of alimentary pension, and fiscal treatment that permits a systematic bias in the allocation of resources to the child.
F4J Quebec Denounces: the silent complicity of our politicians faced with this dramatic situation, to the detriment of honest citizens.
F4J Quebec uses non-violent civil disobedience to put an end to these corruptions.
After the ultimatum launed in last april by Fathers-4-Justice Canada to Paul Martin, prime minister of Canada, and after nothing being done to change the divorce act,
F4J Quebec launches Daddy Loves You, a public action campaign to immediately end the psychological and financial tortures perpetrated against the children and parents of Quebec, by the Quebec Justice Administration.
F4J Quebec requires that the relationship of each natural parent and the child be recognized and respected as sacred.
F4J Quebec requires that there be an immediate Royal Commission of Inquiry on the Quebec Justice Administration.
F4J Quebec requires that this commission be presided over by Judge Andree Ruffo and Judge Pierre Jasmin who have demonstrated, over the years, a real sense of the best interests of children.
F4J Québec requires that this commission be supervised by Elisabeth Badinter who showed great eclecticism for a first hour feminist.
F4J Quebec requires that at the Council of Magistrates of Quebec and the Quebec Bar Association be immediately placed under a tutelage.
F4J Quebec requires that a 50 - 50 equal parenting standard established from the start of any divorce or custodial proceedings.
F4J Quebec requires that be immediatly left the shame of "in camera" in family courts,
behind which Judges are hidding to perpetrate their crimes and mask their incompetence.
We want to know:
1. What is the number of fathers accused and/or imprisoned on allegations of domestic and/or sexual abuse during divorce and custodial proceedings.
2. What is the number of personal bankruptcies applied for, and issued to, fathers due to divorce and custodial proceedings.
3. What is the number of suicide linked to divorce and custodial proceedings.
4. What is the revenue of lawyers received through divorce and custodial proceedings, including those receiving revenue due to criminal proceedings linked to divorce and custodial proceedings.
5. What is the number of 810 forms signed that were associated with divorce and custodial proceedings.
6. What is the true revenue of mothers receiving child support, including government family and child benefits, tax benefits, and all others.
7. How was the formula to determine the calculation of child support devised by the Council of Magistrates of Quebec and the Quebec Bar Association. And how fair are its applications.
8. Why are audio records of family court proceedings readily destroyed by taping over or erasing.
9. Why is the family court seated in camera.
10. Why do lawyers, judges, the Quebec Bar Association of Quebec, and the Council of Magistrates, aware of systematic injustices, keep silent, and by their silence, allow an inquisition-like process to continue.
11. Why does the CLSC refuse aide to men in distress.
12. Why does financial aid to women's shelters continue to grow, while basic shelter for men in distress, or male victims of conjugal violence, are not met, refused, or ignored.
13. Does the Department of Youth Protection act, or apply its mandate, in a prejudicial manner.
14. Who, how and why, do we strip, humiliate, falsely accuse, arrest, and deny access to their children, an honest citizen.
The Quebec Minister of Justice had, in 2005, an annual budget of 660 million dollars. Point of fact, that 75% of the cases that come before Quebec courts come from the domain of family issues (including false allegations of domestic violence and harrying incidents born out of separations, divorces or child custody). This amounts to approximately 500 million per year of the Minister of Justice's budget.
Another 600 million dollars is taken from the public treasury each year and attributed to subsidies given exclusively to women's organizations. The Minister of Justice is one of the main providers of funds to these organizations. We're in the presence of scandal equivalent to approximately three sponsorship scandals each year in Quebec alone.
Approximately 12 000 full time lawyers specialize in family law (more than half of the 20 000 lawyers who practice in Quebec). These lawyers receive exorbitant revenue from these family conflicts and often encourage the laying of false criminal allegations in order to maintain the conflict and their high profit margin.
Out of the 14 000 accusations of domestic violence in Quebec, this being all sexes combined: male on male, male on female, female on female, and female on male, only 4000 reach a conviction. Out of the 10 000 cases rejected for lack of proof, none have been the object of public mischief accusations as prescribed in the criminal code.
Two years after the submission of the Rondeau Report, nothing has been done to make better the alarming condition of men and no services have yet been given despite the urgency. Thousands of men commit suicide, exile themselves, apply for social assistance and bankruptcy, or are forced underground to pull away from inhumane psychological and financial conditions daily imposed by the systematic persecution of the family courts.
In Quebec, three men commit suicide, everyday
Quebec officials refuse to listen to the sufferings of men regarding the love for their children.
Le Conseil de la Famille et de L'Enfance, Mrs Marguerite Blais, le treasury board's, Mrs Monique Jérome-Forget, le minister of Revenue, Mr Lawrence S. Bergman, la minister de la Famille, des Aînés et de la Condition féminine, Mrs Carole Théberge, le Minister of Justice, Mr Yvon Marcoux and la minister of la Protection de la jeunesse et à la Réadaptation, Mme Margaret F. Delisle had, in 2005, all refused to recognise a father's right to exercise his paternity.
In Quebec, according to Le Conseil de la Famille et de L'Enfance, the family is seen as reconstituted, diversified, mono-parental, homo-parental, yet by this same organization the rights of the natural father are not recognized or considered.
The Department of Youth Protection, not withstanding its mandate, is eager to deteriorate the child-parent bond. Based in gender bias, the Department of Youth Protection often refuses to act when and where it is necessary, and places children in abusive situations. As with the Quebec Bar Association, the Department of Youth Protection is more preoccupied with protecting its financial resources and government funding than it is defending the interests of the children entrusted to them.

nor that your own children, my grandchildren, suffer the same outrageous and unnecessary fate they do to you.
