May 6, 2005 Yellowknife, NT - Plywood Man arrested
Mark Bogan has been arrested and was detained for three hours at RCMP Yellowknife "G" division. He has been charged under section 430 (4) c.c. "mischeif" and was released shortly after 7:00 pm. with conditions that prohibit him from going 50 meters of the Yellowknife Court House.
He had a great one hour chat with an officer, and was assured that all transcripts were going to appear before the courts. His next appearance is set for June 28th. at 09:30.
Nothing but respect stemming from the RCMP and was advised more than once that the entire detachment is having a great chuckle regarding the event.
He was further advised that the press had been notified.
