Feb 21, 2005 Vancouver BC - Burnaby Batman - at the Vancouver Adult Criminal Court
Monday at 9:30 AM at the Vancouver Adult
Criminal Court on 222 Main Street in Vancouver BC, the
Burnaby Batman was informed by crown counsel in front
of the court that the crown was officially staying the
proceedings and would not be pursuing further any
charges against Batman for his actions which lead him
to commandeering the tower crane at Middle-Gate Mall
in Burnaby BC on May 22,2004.
The reasons suggested to Batman included lack of man
power, costs of court time and they key one being not
in the best interests of the public to proceed. A term
I have commonly been referred to throughout my ordeal
when dealing with the fall out from my family law
case.
In fact the same term submitted to me in the
rejection of my official complaint for discrimination
with the BC Human Rights Tribunal April 2004 for not
wishing to pursue my discrimination suit further.....
A term that may be more accurately stated as not in
the best interests of the state.
Now I am certain the crown hopes I will just go away
peacefully without any further incident as quite
frankly to air my dirty laundry will only serve to
demonstrate the inability of our elected powers to
competently full fill the duties to which they are
sworn to uphold.
Add to that the possible media attention that may
surround the Batman trial in BC Canada and you have
the loosing ingredients of public faith in our
judiciary and legislators which would not be in the
best interests of the public as has been so elegantly
suggested.
With a Supreme Court of Canada ruling June 6/03 in
Trociuk v BC Attorney General and the BC Ministry of
Health (Vital Statistics), with respect to the
paternity issues surrounding my family law case, too
dissect my circumstances leading to my action on the
crane would only serve to bring further scrutiny to
the state of family law in BC Canada and the on-going
discrimination to biological fathers in said
matter,pursuant with the SCC Trociuk decision.
Something the BC legislators and judiciary wish to
avoid at all costs.
Even enough to turn a blind eye to Batman perched upon
a 100 foot construction crane for 18 hours with fire
and police services on scene for the better part of a
day in Burnaby BC Canada.
As such the Burnaby Batman, unscathed and free to fly
once more................................
We will not be driven away and we will be heard as
one collective voice.
"We want our children in our lives".
With Justice as my shield and the Truth as my sword,
under the flag of Fathers-4-Justice I will continue in
my endeavours and Fight For Your Rights To See your
children ............................
